As to connections in the commercial development arena, Tim has extensive connections in the architectural, engineering, commercial level general construction and development in California and beyond. Tim is particularly passionate about helping those who can contribute to lessening the carbon footprint of development in the design and construction of today's commercial developments. As an Associate AIA of San Francisco and a member of the Urban Land Institute and its Sustainability Committee, Tim stays active in the architectural community.

With the long background of Tim in the world of nature photography, showcased at

With his book Imagery To LIfe, https://imagerytolife.com/  , he has brought scenes of nature to life with the wizardry of technology. Learning of the impact of this book in his interaction with a donation to Children's Hospital of Los Angeles as a tool with their Distraction Therapy program,  Tim then created a website showcasing all the healing powers of nature that he could find on this website, https://naturetohealing.com/ , Tim has since delivered Imagery to Life books to all the Ronald McDonald Houses in California thanks to friends in the philanthropic community. Tim has developed a special focus on the effort of planting trees. With the collaboration of philanthropic minded people and the best of the best in tree planting experts, Tim does what he can to promote better stewardship of our valuable forest areas.
