Tree Planting and Urban Environment

Tim works with One Tree Planted, a non-profit responsible for planting over 180 million trees in the ground. Their impact is extoardinary in improving the environment with tree planting missions around the world. They work to give new life to forest areas degraded  or scarred by fire. They have also made significant contributions to reforestation of urban environments with city planting intitiatives. Tim helps them with relationship building and extending their reach of influence to enhance their impact. Tim also works with a privater foundation involved currently in tree planting missions in Africa. 

Low Carbon Design and the Urban Environment

As to connections in the commercial development arena, Tim has extensive connections in the architectural, engineering, commercial level general construction and development in California and beyond. Tim is particularly passionate about helping those who can contribute to lessening the carbon footprint of development in the design and construction of today's commercial developments. Tim works with the California Nevada Cement Association in expanding their reach to architects, general contractors and developers with the education of lower carbon cement solutions. Tim also helps Habitat Horticulture, improving the urban environment with living walls for both interior and exterior urban spaces. The founder David Brenner also has an innovative concept called Meadowall, for beautifying construction fencing for commercial developments. As an Associate AIA of San Francisco and a member of the Urban Land Institute and its Sustainability Committee, Tim stays active in the architectural community. 

Real Estate

As to real estate, he can connect whatever real estate sector that is needed, whether residential, commercial, industrial, or investment real estate encompassing any of these specialties. He connects the best professional for the task and track their progress, always with a thought for excellence in service. It is of high value to have an extra set of eyes on a connection to maximize the relationships and success.

Connecting to Nature

In addition to his help with active tree planting missions, Tim has a long background in the world of nature photography, showcased at TimBlakeImagery.com, With his book Imagery To LIfe, he has brought scenes of nature to life with the wizardry of technology. Learning of the impact of this book in his interaction with a donation to Children's Hospital of Los Angeles (CHLA) as a tool with their Distraction Therapy program,  Tim then created a website showcasing all the healing powers of nature that he could find on this website, NatureToHealing.com, Tim has also delivered Imagery to Life books to Ronald McDonald House in their California locations thanks to friends in the philanthropic community.
