After a degree in architecture from UC Berkeley, Tim has been active in real estate and relationship building since 1974 and has a diversified background ranging from residential to institutional investment properties. Tim has also helped a number of transferring executives into Silicon Valley. More recently, Tim connects players in the architectural, engineering and general construction industries with entities dealing with lower carbon solutions.
